Can you work around my property styling and photography dates?
Yes. Pre-sale work is reverse-engineered from your styling date to ensure the paint has completely cured and the space is clean before furniture arrives.
Do I need a full repaint or just touch-ups?
During the on-site visit, I'll inspect your surfaces and advise on what genuinely adds return on investment, whether that's a quick refresh of the skirting and hallways or a full room transformation.
Who does the actual painting?
I do. Jacob is on-site doing the prep and applying every coat personally, no subbies, no shortcuts.
